Proposal support, written once so it can scale

MediSea Robotics prepares research and impact-investing proposals for teams who would rather build than wrestle with evaluators. Two service lines today, one shared voice: call fit first, a defensible work plan, a governance story that answers the questions before they are asked.

Research and innovation consortia

Eurostars proposal support

Coordination-heavy proposal support for SME-led consortia preparing a Eurostars or EUREKA submission. Call fit, partner mapping, governance story, evaluation-loop edits.

  • Call-topic fit review
  • Partner map across two or more Eurostars countries
  • Work-package skeleton and budget scaffolding
  • Submission readiness and eligibility sanity checks

Typical timeline: 4 to 8 weeks.

Impact funds and mission-aligned finance

Sustainability-investing proposal support

Proposal support for mission-aligned organisations pitching impact funds, blended-finance vehicles, sustainability-linked facilities, or innovation funds with ESG criteria.

  • Instrument fit review (grant, loan, equity, blended tranche)
  • Theory of change and MRV design
  • 5 Ps alignment as operational constraints
  • Pitch-ready materials and data-room outline

Typical timeline: 6 to 12 weeks.

How we work

Both service lines share one workflow. The content differs, but the gates are the same:

  1. Scope. We review the call or the target fund, your stage, and your team. If the fit is wrong, we say so before you commit.
  2. Partners or stakeholders. For Eurostars, that means the consortium map. For sustainability-investing, it means the funder, the verifier, and the beneficiaries. We build the map before the narrative.
  3. Work plan or theory of change. A defensible structure: work-packages and deliverables for a research consortium; a causal chain with MRV for an impact fund.
  4. Review passes. We loop against the evaluator criteria (or the diligence list) with tracked-changes handoffs.
  5. Submission readiness. Final sanity checks, eligibility confirmation, and the handshake that ends our engagement before you click submit.

When we are not a fit

  • You want a success-fee arrangement paid out of grant proceeds. We do not take those; the incentives are wrong.
  • You need investment advice, securities placement, or capital allocation. Those are regulated activities and sit outside our scope.
  • You want a ghostwriter. We work collaboratively with your team; we do not impersonate a coordinator or author on documents you have not reviewed.
  • The call fit is clearly wrong and there is no adjacent instrument worth preparing for. We will tell you.
