What we deliver
- Call-topic fit review: does your idea actually match the current Eurostars call, the topic scope, and the stated impact expectations? We either confirm fit or tell you to wait for the next cut-off.
- Partner map: identification of complementary partners from at least two Eurostars countries, sized to the work plan. We check PICPICParticipant Identification Code: nine-digit identifier assigned to every organisation registered on the EU Funding and Tenders Portal. Used in every proposal to identify the legal entity. status, GEPGEPGender Equality Plan: an institutional document mandated for Horizon Europe eligibility on public bodies, higher-education establishments and research organisations. Covers targets, dedicated resources, data collection, and training., and prior participation red flags.
- Work-package skeleton: a defensible WP structure with clear leads, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies, sized to a typical Eurostars budget envelope.
- Governance story: risk management, steering structure, conflict resolution, and IPR handling narrated in a way that preempts Evaluator 2 questions.
- Evaluation-loop edits: targeted passes on the draft B-partB-partThe technical narrative part of a Horizon Europe or Eurostars proposal (the A-part is the administrative forms). The B-part carries Excellence, Impact and Implementation and is where evaluators score your idea., focusing on Excellence, Impact, and Implementation criteria. Each pass ends with a tracked-changes handoff.
- Submission readiness: final sanity checks (eligibility, PIC validity, budget consistency, page limits) before you click submit.
Timeline: 4 to 8 weeks
A typical engagement runs 4 to 8 weeks before the Eurostars cut-off. Shorter is possible for well-prepared consortia with a near-final draft; longer is wise for green-field consortia that still need partner introductions and scoping.
We publish rough week-by-week milestones on request; the cadence adapts to your cut-off and to partner availability.
Frequently asked questions
How many partners does a Eurostars proposal need?
At least two independent entities from two different Eurostars countries, with an SME leading the consortium. We help you size the consortium to the call: too few partners is risky for evaluators; too many partners dilutes responsibility and budget. We aim for a lean, coherent consortium where every partner has a defensible role.Do you guarantee funding?
No. No honest proposal writer can guarantee evaluator outcomes. What we guarantee is the process quality: call-topic fit, a credible work plan, a governance story that answers Evaluator 2 before they ask, and a submission-ready package. Funding success rates track with proposal quality, but the final decision sits with the Eurostars evaluators and national funding bodies.Do you take the coordinator role?
By default no. MediSea Robotics prefers to support a partner SME as coordinator while contributing as a research and technology partner. If a call specifically benefits from our taking the coordinator chair, we discuss that upfront and budget the coordinator overhead honestly. How are fees structured?
Fees are scoped per proposal and quoted before work starts. We do not take a success fee out of grant proceeds: success fees misalign incentives and can raise eligibility questions under Eurostars rules. Pricing covers scoped deliverables (see What we deliver) plus pre-submission support.
